In the majority of cases, we support this process by verifying and witnessing the commissioning results obtained by the contractor.
However, on our more technically challenging projects our clients typically require a more stringent level of commissioning, with initial activities starting immediately upon contractor appointment and involving specialist commissioning companies.
In order to facilitate this, we have developed a detailed Commissioning Specification defining the various processes that must be completed throughout the construction period and prior to handover. This is a unique document that is then further refined and tailored to meet the client’s exact needs.
Depending on the structure of the client’s professional team, we can also offer to undertake the management of the contractor’s commissioning activities, as defined in our specification.
