We undertake detailed surveys for either landlords or tenants. These can vary in focus, providing feedback to the client on a number of different aspects of the engineering systems, including:
- the extent of base building works required to achieve certain minimum operational and/or quality standards;
- the evaluation of how base building systems will perform in connection with a tenant’s requirements;
- the evaluation of how base building installations may impact a tenant’s lease agreement.
We also undertake detailed visual surveys of existing buildings to establish their general condition and the capacity/suitability of any existing building services.
