François Raulier

Having worked mainly on Central and Eastern European projects from 1991 onwards, in 1996 François moved from London, where he had been based, to Moscow. He has been living there ever since.

Over the course of the years, François has been involved in a huge variety of projects, both large and small, and brings with him an in-depth understanding of the overall construction process from inception to handover.

François is a Chartered Engineer. He also belongs to a number of professional bodies in the United Kingdom where he is:

• Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
• Member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers.
• Member of the Association for Project Management.
